What shall I expect in the class?
The hour-long class combines elements of ballet, gymnastics, dance and apparatus manipulation. It begins with a  warm-up, including whole body stretch and conditioning, followed by apparatus handling and various sequences  with or without apparauts and it ends with 5- minute stretch. It is all accompanied by carefully chosen music so it matches and encourages the essence of the body moves and you can have fun while burning calories.
What shall I bring to the class?

We recommend to wear non-slip, full, toe covering socks or gymnastics ballet dance shoes (not pointe!), comfortable workout clothes and a bottle of water (tap water available in the building).

Do I need to bring or buy the apparatuses for the classes?

No, you can have the use of our apparatuses. However, if you have your own apparatuses, you are more than welcome to bring them along.

Do I need to have any gymnastics background?

No, everyone can benefit from the classes as they are designed for all levels.
